What do you like best about the leadership team?Open minded with good strategy alignment,
What makes you most happy at work?Doing a good job and making a difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? It is a good environment. I have respect for all my supervisors and co-workers. We are a good team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Listen to the people that actually run the business day to day. The biggest fault Operationally was the inability to be allowed to react to market changes in a timely manner. It took forever for us to be allowed to pivot to serve our customers needs. Everything took forever to be approved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We all understood pay cuts when the market was down but when things came back salaried mid-level employees never saw the money come back with it, and I was heavily involved on the financial side so I speak with knowledge.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Staying ahead of the market.
