Mr. William B. Masters has been an Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Superior Energy Services, Inc. since March 2008 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Masters joined Superior following a 26-year career with the law firm of Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrere & amp; Denegre L.L.P and served as General Counsel. During his tenure, he worked with Superior as general counsel for 13 years. He has a broad business practice in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and energy and has extensive experience in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Mr. Masters holds bachelor's degree at Tulane University and his Juris Doctorate degree from George Washington University.
