What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open minded with good strategy alignment,
All of my "local" Managers were great people to work for. Decades of experience and knew how operations needed to happen to take care of the customer. Unfortunately many times they were not allowed to do what they needed to, i.e. wages, reinvesting in assets, etc., by Senior Management.

We work together well. It is appreciated that I have the guidance that I do in my job.
The people I worked with were awesome for the most part. Cared about their job and the people around them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a good environment. I have respect for all my supervisors and co-workers. We are a good team.
My peers. Mid- Management really cared about doing their job right.
People are friendly, or at least act like it.

All interviews are dependent on who the individuals are involved.
Interviewers were genuinely excited about trying to hire me in.
