What do you like best about the leadership team?
down to earth and very approachable. They listen.
They are truly there to support ALL of us and give us every opportunity to succeed.
They are real people. The CEO is a single father and many of the other leaders came from non-silver-spoon backgrounds so they can empathize with the average person and challenges they face day to day.
They care about employees and clients

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's better than most comp plans I've been offered with other lenders.
The best part of my comp is that if I do the work, I will be compensated accordingly. No one can take that away from me but me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting performance evaluations ans raises regularly especially for us whove been with the company longer.

Knowledgable and caring as well as efficient

Communicate and stand yp for themselves, speak up
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
casual but professional, comfortable and easy.
They allow us to determine our culture. If we want to play games or do potlucks once a week to boost morale, then we can and will! We are treated like adults and are not micromanaged. They give us freedom to be our true selves and it has worked really well for our department and company as a whole.
Everyone cares about each other and helps out when needed to make the deal happen.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Put a notmal WORK SCHEDULE, business schedule and make people take their lunch HOUR they're entitled to

What makes you most happy at work?
I love knowing that my team and manager sincerely have my back and best interest. I like knowing that my job won't be in jeopardy if I take some time off or have to leave because my kid is sick. It's truly amazing!
