Enforcement of policies, structure, need to be more strict on lackards who coast through the day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on customers and not wasting time on other products that don't work or are not market-ready.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pretend they want our opinions but ignore our suggestions and analysis. When things go wrong they blame their employees who have notified them of the issues in the first place.
