Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lack of listening to opinions and lack of humane treatment. Cost of living increase.

They keep asking more and more of admin staff, and they don't match the pay increases.

They don't pay you enough and unfortunately, the health insurance is extremely expensive

More pay and better management

I just feel undervalued in the sense that my manager never bothered to train me on anything but yet expects me to know everything and makes me feel dumb when i make a mistake or didnt do it exactly how he would have liked but yet never gave me instructions as to how he would like the job done.

If it was more competitive to other hospitals in the area.

I use to have better benefits before Sutter took over the hospital.

Healthcare workers should at a minimum not be charged for healthcare. A fair retirement program. I am the only person putting money into my 403b. Lowest paid hospital employees in the area

yes I do. Manager has favorites and they get away with anything they want including sitting around all day long doing nothing. As long as the true work gets done he will do nothing to change what these employees are doing

Last year they changed our benefits and now we pay very high deductibles and copay. It has not changed for next year.
