Listen to employees and there concerns. Hire HR that actually cares what employees are saying to them and not just sweeping concerns under the rug
Everything! There is not ONE positive thing to say about them. The worst though is making me feel dumb while trying to do my job but yet never trained me on how exactly he wanted me to do such job.
Lack of listening to opinions and lack of humane treatment. Cost of living increase.
They keep asking more and more of admin staff, and they don't match the pay increases.
They don't pay you enough and unfortunately, the health insurance is extremely expensive
More pay and better management
I just feel undervalued in the sense that my manager never bothered to train me on anything but yet expects me to know everything and makes me feel dumb when i make a mistake or didnt do it exactly how he would have liked but yet never gave me instructions as to how he would like the job done.
Be real people than go with the flow of inhumanity.
I like my coworkers. Its just the management team in my office is not user friendly. They gossip about you and your mistakes but can not tell you directly how to fix mistakes. Also are not very helpful when you ask a question they basically say figure out yourself.

Care about their employees' health specifically obesity.
Maybe it would help if management actually gave training and cared about helping employees grow and learn in the company it would be such a better environment.
Improve the working environment by showing appreciation to those who work hard rather than looking at employees as a cost center. Stop making us feel that we are an expense rather than an asset
