It was great at first. Note the co-workers are always great. But now it is owned by an investment firm and the manager is really not a people person. He is black and white in his view and has to watch everyone. Don't slip up I say.

The people and how hard they actually work. Being expected to work with multiple customers at the same time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way management treats people make it negative. They believe in the rule of "punish all when one transgresses" against their dictates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you can get in trouble at any moment for not doing what they think you should be it makes it miserable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if they did not play favorites. You pretty much know who is going to get the promotion or recognition. They only value a few of their employees - or favorites. It tends to be the younger generation getting raises and promotions.
