What do you like best about the leadership team?
That we work really hard and we at least try and we get it right.

Integrity, honesty, trust, abiding by the law

There really nice and we start to talk about work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Toxic work environment. You have not paid promised bonuses after required goal.
Ownership nickels and dimes bonuses finding every excuse not to pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good honest people
I learn good things from my co-workers. I learn what not to do from the management and CEO.
We think were family and yes that's true because we work together like a family.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The engineers who are mostly on visas are good people

Effective communication and direction of job roles.

The owners look down on employees like peasants. Somebody in HR said the managing partner actually said this.
