What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people at Swift Navigation take its values seriously. A few that I see lived on a daily basis are "Default to Open", "Focus on what Matters", and "Iterate Quickly, Using Data".

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team at Swift is very passionate about the mission. People are polite yet direct, care about eachother personally, and support eachother in performing their job duties to the best of their abilities.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part about my compensation package is that when I was hired, I got to choose how much I wanted to weight my compensation package more towards equity or cash by my hiring manager.

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm most happy at work when we ship new products or features to customers that have a material impact on their success. One of our values is "Start with the Customer" - it's a thrill to see your work having a positive impact on customers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team at Swift is passionate, dedicated, and really cares about the mission of the company. They care about development of the team at Swift, making sure the team is well managed, and making sure that people are in the role that is right for them.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that I got to prepare and give a presentation about myself to the whole panel of interviewers. It gave me a chance to give a broad overview of myself from both a personal and professional perspective, and to get a chance to know all the panelists.
