Swig Drinks Claimed Company
Swig is one tall drink of soda. The booming beverage brand launched in 2010 in St. George, Utah, after owner and founder Nicole Tanner brainstormed the idea for a drive-by drink shop. Customers fast became loyalists, and it didn’t take long before the Home of the Original Dirty Soda™ made a clean sweep across Utah. Today, we have 45 locations in Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas serving up customized beverages and stellar sweets — with countless more to come across the nation. read more

Review from Operations Dept

I moved out of state for Swig and my role involes a lot of driving, so a company car and gas card was provided. The relocation package also made the decision to relocate easier to make.

I havent fully explored it, I need to ask more questions, but I enjoy the car perks!

Review from Operations Dept

I, like many of the employees at swig are very young and relatively new to the work force, yet I feel like our benefits reflect the perks of someone thats would've been working for 5 plus years in our feild would receive.

The bonus kickers that are given when we accomplish our goals and hit our desired targets

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have a lot of responsiblities and things expected of us. I think we should be paid better for that.

Review from Business Development Dept

There is a lot of work to be donez Things that are required outside of clocked in hours. Swig sometimes consumes my life and doesnt allow time to do much else than be a human being and work. The pay doesnt seem worth it in the long run. If i didnt LOVE it, i would have left beforehand.

Review from Sales Dept

I sometimes feel undervalued when im not recognized for the extra work I do

Review from Sales Dept

We dont get paid well at all for the anount of time and work we put into this job. They try to compensate for that by giving small bonuses or gift cards but I would rather be paid fairly from the beginning.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I feel like both GM's and DM's work exceptionally hard to keep stores running and staffed, and the compensation is good but could be higher. People shouldn't be in it for the money but the money is definitely a reason to stay and to continue growing.

Review from Admin Dept

Paid a little more would be amazing.

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel like we should have more compensation

Review from Operations Dept

A lot of times its all about sales sales sales even when the teams safety might be in jeaopardy.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Higher pay for the ammount of work I contribute and considering how much work follows me around.

Review from Operations Dept

Swig takes 100% of my time. I am often behind on work, and am still learning. I spend a lot if time at home doing work and the work load keeps getting heavier. I would feel much better about it if I could get paid enough to qualify for a cheap appartment in this economy.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel like no one cares about me. I feel like I dont get recognized for all the work im putting in. Getting paid more would definitely help my compensarion but also getting a break so im not expected to put in 110% 24/7

Review from Operations Dept

We do a lot and work hard to probide a fun enviroment for our teams.

Review from Business Development Dept

the pay isn’t the best and i feel like i do a lot for my

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like there isnt a solid and fair structure created for positions higher than GM due to the fact that they are first priority. However i think both compensation structures should be maid simaltaniously as both positons are vital to the company

Review from Business Development Dept

More competitive pay compared to other companies

Review from Operations Dept

If we had benefits or paid higher for the work we do
