Swig is one tall drink of soda. The booming beverage brand launched in 2010 in St. George, Utah, after owner and founder Nicole Tanner brainstormed the idea for a drive-by drink shop. Pretty decent. We dont get paid fairly and we have little to no benefits. I love the people i work closely with and the environment weve created at the store, but overall as a company... not amazing.

They are the most hardworking people, so smart and fun to be around
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of times its all about sales sales sales even when the teams safety might be in jeaopardy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Individual store envirnment! I love being in my store but am not the biggest fan of being somewhere with more people from the company because it feels cliquey
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We dont get paid well at all for the anount of time and work we put into this job. They try to compensate for that by giving small bonuses or gift cards but I would rather be paid fairly from the beginning.
