Swig is one tall drink of soda. The booming beverage brand launched in 2010 in St. George, Utah, after owner and founder Nicole Tanner brainstormed the idea for a drive-by drink shop. I love my time at Swig. I fully believe in the company's values and products and although there is always changes that could be made for policies or procedures, I know that my job is meaningful and I get to impact people in a positive way every day! I love it here!

Everyone is in the position they are because of hard work and dedication and I learn so much from them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team and interacting with people I don't get to see very often. Getting to problem-solve and finf solutions to make work easier and more fun!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We always strive for growth and understanding at every level of the company and have lots of fun working together! Swig hires snd promotes only the best and most qualified people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always one step ahead with launches and preparing us for new rollouts or policy revamps. I love how focused on culture swig is and how they are interested in my personal growth as well as my stores' growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like both GM's and DM's work exceptionally hard to keep stores running and staffed, and the compensation is good but could be higher. People shouldn't be in it for the money but the money is definitely a reason to stay and to continue growing.
