Swig is one tall drink of soda. The booming beverage brand launched in 2010 in St. George, Utah, after owner and founder Nicole Tanner brainstormed the idea for a drive-by drink shop. Customers fast became loyalists, and it didn’t take long before the Home of the Original Dirty Soda™ made a clean sweep across Utah. Being in a fast paced and positive enviroment, no two days are the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positive energy, and they're happy to be there! They also get to know me and the rest of the team personally. They make work fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're so growth minded! Any feedback or suggestions brought to them are taken seriously and implemented when possible! You can tell they care about Swig, the emplolyess and customers personally and their descions reflect that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I moved out of state for Swig and my role involes a lot of driving, so a company car and gas card was provided. The relocation package also made the decision to relocate easier to make.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people make it positive, they care about each other, the customers and building a great experience for everyone. You can tell how much everyone cares about Swig and giving that positive experience to everyone they can.
