Learning new skills and being able to apply them so that they directly impact and benefit our clients. I love to see dials move in the right direction for our clients as it makes me feel like I've achieved something.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them are globally famous in their fields whether it be design, strategy, digital or their experiences Chief marketing officers and directors at some of the world's best known brands. These are not simply agency people their frontline marketers and brand builders with serious experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We're paid about 20% above industry average, and it's a meritocracy so you're paid bonuses on the results you give for your clients and for our firm. The free education package is incredible as it will pay for education at any of the world's top universities which is actively encouraged to everyone.
