We're paid about 20% above industry average, and it's a meritocracy so you're paid bonuses on the results you give for your clients and for our firm. The free education package is incredible as it will pay for education at any of the world's top universities which is actively encouraged to everyone.
Paid way above industry average, and there is flex time provided you get your work done. Also a WFH option which is very handy. And of course the FREE tuition to any of the world's top 10 universities for continuing education.
SXTC it's very generous regarding pay and rewarding employees for hard and productive work. And the free education aspect is absolutely wonderful.
