Training, communication, coaching and recognition
Employees are stressed due to increased demands because hours are cut, staff schedules are reduced creating increased expectations on all staff. Without any increased benefit/pay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality of products, quality of experience. Can no longer provide an engaged shoppong experience due to lack of staff, hours cut backs.
