Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I work with Symetra through a temp agency. I was told when I started if they like me Symetra would hire me after 4 months. My team says they love me and I do a great job but here I am almost two years later and I'm still a temp making only $16/ hour barely making ends meet
I feel like I have exceeded the expectations of rhe next position and have the written feedback to prove.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work hard and play hard
Some of the best things about my team is that if I need help with something they are always there.
Work well together as a team to deliver valuable information to make key decisions.

It's not stressful and we're very productive because everyone respects each other.
