- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because I work with Symetra through a temp agency. I was told when I started if they like me Symetra would hire me after 4 months. My team says they love me and I do a great job but here I am almost two years later and I'm still a temp making only $16/ hour barely making ends meet
