Mr. Donnie M. Moore served as Consultant of Mosaid Technologies Inc. since 2001. Mr. Moore has more than 30 years of financial and administrative expertise in information technology and related industries. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration of Cognos Inc. from 1989 to 2001. He had responsibilities for legal affairs and government relations and financial and administrative operations worldwide. Mr. Moore served as Vice President of Finance of Cognos Inc. from 1986 to 1989, where he was responsible for all financial operations and facilities until 1989 and for administration, logistics, MIS and human resources since 1988. Before joining Cognos, Mr. Moore served as a Corporate Director, Plans and Analysis of Burroughs Corporation and served as its Chief Financial Officer of Burroughs Canada and Burroughs Limited. He served at Burroughs Corporation from 1973 to 1986. Mr. Moore has been an Independent Director at Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. since April 2007. He has been a Director of Lumension Security Inc., since November 2007. He served as a Director of Coast Software Inc., OFI Group and Algorithmics, Inc. He has been a Trustee of OFI Income Fund since August 22, 2005. He served as Independent Director of Craig Wireless Systems Ltd since May 3, 2011. He served as a Director of Mosaid Technologies Inc., from December 1, 2003 to June 29, 2007.
