Compared to the market, I'm getting approximately 40% lower pay than I should.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Opinions are welcome. Collaborative environment. Solid human beings aside from being good co-workers!
We all value and listen to each other's ideas and opinions, making open communication a key aspect of team meetings. We have fun at work and respect each other as coworkers and human beings.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Synchronoss is very laid-back and relaxed. Everyone works hard and gets the job done, which allows for us to have real conversations with those around us and get to know our coworkers on a personal level. It makes the environment fun and enjoyable.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love the team I work on. We all stay up-to-date with individual projects and I never feel afraid to ask questions or help out on other assignments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Show your employees you value them by paying them appropriately. Cut out all the middle men in leadership.
