What are some of the best things about your team?We all value and listen to each other's ideas and opinions, making open communication a key aspect of team meetings. We have fun at work and respect each other as coworkers and human beings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They are very visible to all tiers of the company. They care about growing relationships with everyone and work on improving each employee as a professional and person. They value a good work-life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compared to the market, I'm getting approximately 40% lower pay than I should.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Show your employees you value them by paying them appropriately. Cut out all the middle men in leadership.
