Mr. Lawrence R. Irving, also known as Larry, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. since April 27, 2017 and served as its Treasurer from April 27, 2017 to December 2017. Mr. Irving served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. from July 2001 to April 1, 2014 and also served as its Executive Vice President until April 1, 2014. Mr. Irving served as Principal Accounting Officer of Synchronoss Technologies until December 26, 2011. He has over 20 years of financial and telecommunications operations support systems experience. Before Synchronoss, from 1998 to 2001, Mr. Irving served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of CommTech Corporation. He has held senior management positions in finance at Centennial Security Holdings, Inc., The National Guardian Corporation, Berkey, Inc. and Kane Miller Corporation where he started his career in finance in 1978. Mr. Irving joined Holmes Protection Group Inc. in May 1996 as Vice President of Finance and served as its Chief Financial Officer until 1998. From July 1995 to April 1996, Mr. Irving served as Controller and then as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Centennial Security Holdings, Inc. Prior thereto, from April 1987 to June 1995, Mr. Irving served as Assistant Controller and Assistant Vice President/Assistant Controller of National Guardian. He has been the Chairman of IntelePeer, Inc. since August 20, 2014 and serves as its Director. He has been a Director of Factor Systems, Inc. since April 2015. He is a Member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Member of the Advisory Board of the New Jersey Technology Council - CFO Network. He won the New Jersey CFO of the Year Award in 2009. Mr. Irving is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University.
