Mr. Stephen G. Waldis, also known as Steve, founded Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. in 2000. Mr. Waldis served as Chief Executive Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. from April 27, 2017 to November 11, 2017. Mr. Waldis served as the Chief Executive Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. from 2000 to January 19, 2017. He served as the President of Synchronoss Technologies from 2000 to December 2011. He has provided the leadership, strategy and vision behind Synchronoss Technologies rapid growth. He served as a Partner and Vice President of Vertek Corporation and also served as its Chief Operating Officer from 1994 to 2000. At Vertek, he managed Vertek growth from 10 employees to over 350 and expanded into four major telecom practice areas. His success in telecommunications has not gone unnoticed. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Waldis served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Logical Design Solutions, a provider of telecom and interactive solutions. From 1989 to 1992, he worked in various technical and product management roles at&T. Mr. Waldis serves as a Member of Strategic Advisory Board of Blacksmith Capital. He has been a Member of Board of Advisors at Synchronoss Technologies, Inc since January 19, 2016. He has been Chairman since February 2001. He has been a Director of IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. since January 19, 2017. He serves as a Director of Factor Systems, Inc. He has been a Director of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. since 2001. He served as a Director of ClickFox, Inc. Mr. Waldis has received numerous accolades including twice receiving the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for New Jersey. He holds a Degree in Corporate Communications from Seton Hall University.
