Mr. Ronald J. Prague, Esq., has been Chief Legal Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. since December 2017. Mr. Prague served as an Executive Vice President of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. from December 2011 to December 2017 and served as its Secretary from October 2006 to December 2017 and General Counsel from July 2006 to December 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. He served as Vice President of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. since his joining in July 2006. He serves as Chief Legal Officer of System Controls, Inc Before joining Synchronoss, he held various positions with Intel Corporation from February 1998 to June 2006 and also served as Group Counsel for Intel's Communications Infrastructure Group. Prior to joining Intel, Mr. Prague practiced law with the law firm of Haythe & Curley (now Torys LLP) from 1992 to 1998 and with Richards & O'Neil (now Bingham McCutchen) from 1988 to 1992. He has been a Director of IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. since January 19, 2017. Mr. Prague is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and earned BS degree in business administration and marketing from Cornell University.
