Improving employee morale not only by token gestures but engaging the team through better performance and monetary incentives
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay was fair and group RRSP employer match was decent, the insurance coverage could have been better
No variable component, simple salary structure.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positives was the flexibility to work from different office locations- Montreal, Toronto, New Jersey, New York and work with clients very closely
Would love to work everyday
Colleagues are friendly and supportive
work life balance, Diverse culture, events and celebrations, peaceful work, No micromanagement

More technically sound people will make the difference .
What makes you most happy at work?
Not much, just getting work done and salary getting credited in my bank account
