What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are doers. They know how to do the functions of the persons they oversee while seeing the big picture. In addition, they listen and then execute. A rare combination.
Synergy is hands down the best company I've worked for since starting in the mortgage industry. Everyone is focused on making sure the client has a great experience. From a loan originator perspective where I've often felt like I was the only one that cared, It feels AWESOME!!
