Production employees are only seen as a means to an end. No appreciation of the employees. Increasing pressure. Then it is surprised that employees leave the company or are ill for a long time. Poor maintenance of the existing production sites.

There is very little that would be excellent.

That would have to be answered by synthomer itself
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More positive feedback from management would be desirable. But this is currently not foreseeable due to restructuring in the company
