What do you like best about the leadership team?
Provide transparent communication and easily accessible for any advice.
There is very little that would be excellent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Mainly treating employees like actual human beings

Good pay. More than I had before

Better salary and bonus structure

We get along and can joke around, have a good time, still get job done
The cohesion on the shift is laudable

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are respectful of each other. There is no pulling rank.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More positive feedback from management would be desirable. But this is currently not foreseeable due to restructuring in the company

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need our HR manager out. He has destroyed what little morale that place had.
That would have to be answered by synthomer itself
