What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is amazing. Your opinions and viewpoints as a beginner are appreciated well. The development experience is smooth. The management is great. Makes sure you get the best experience as a dev by ensuring whatever pieces of equipment or experience you need.
Every person in our leadership team is approachable, which is probably what I like the most. It is difficult for a 65+ member organization to function with a flat hierarchy like an early-stage startup, but Synup helps make that happen.
Very approchable and understanding. Great mentors!
They're a smart buch of people who are approachable. Not so bad.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
That fact that my performance is directly linked to our revenue goals.
The package is normal, and covers all the basic amenities that we need like HRA, travel allowance, EPF, etc.
It is 35% more than what I used to get previously. Also, they let you plan your investment very systematically.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, smart, creative, efficient, young, and thirsty to learn more.
They are all very unique, so there is a lot to learn from each and everyone.
All the members are like minded and individually unique, hence making our talent pool of colleagues so perfect.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team puts a lot of effort into writing quality code and embracing an amazing development experience. Everyone is very open and is willing to change for the good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The workplace has a very good energy, we are young and dynamic. And the company let's us learn new things.
Its very new and exciting, we learn a new thing each month, have new updates to our jobs and this job keeps us keenly on our toes
