    Depends if unionized or not. Union contracts include the Teamsters health and hospital fund covering medical, vision, dental, and legal. Low hmo stellar coverage. Non Union will not cover as much and will not be a affordable.

    401 k and stock options are wonderful, health insurance is way over priced. Compared to other company’s the out of pocket is ridiculous!
