I like that they're being innovative in providing therapy to a wider population and making it accessible in a different format.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I have enjoyed working with the clients and using a new modality, I feel that therapists are paid significantly below market rate (at least 50% or more) for Masters and Doctorate-holding professionals, even if you account for the reduced overhead of online practice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The support events and channels on Slack are very helpful. The therapists are generally supportive of each other.

I liked doing the mock session since it gave me a feel for how to practice in a new setting.
