HR protects management; supervisor and colleagues are untrustworthy, Gathering evidence for fair compensation review results in immediate denial. Discussing concerns and advocate for recognition and appropriate compensation generally result in reprimand. Gatekeeping is real.

My manager does not value her employees or support her team. Employees who work less than 20 hours a week do not get 401 k match and employees who work less than 30 are not eligible for healthcare. My manager consistently keeps me under these limits and has hired additional people.
