HR protects management; supervisor and colleagues are untrustworthy, Gathering evidence for fair compensation review results in immediate denial. Discussing concerns and advocate for recognition and appropriate compensation generally result in reprimand. Gatekeeping is real.
Because the rate of pay is not competitive and benefits are always rising and they took away retirement
I have committed many yrs of service to operations and patients yet have never been given the opportunity to get promoted along with the education and experience.

The experienced people are leaving. The young nurses come, get burned out, and then go to NP school.

Increase staffing, have a better cafeteria, make parking easier.
Get this of most of middle management and replace with rank and file employees who actually provide care to patients. Get rid of most of corporate. Stop micromanaging employees (they can't, their models inherently micromanage). Respect employees time and actually support a work life balance.
