What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as if they really do have our best interest at heart as employees. You'll never feel like just another "pog in the system."
they're focused on shepherding the company through each phase of growth effectively, without over-indexing on process vs. results

The match up to 6% of our 401K and we have unlimited PTO

We are very supportive of one another.
I never question the motives of my co-workers - I believe that everyone I interact with is ultimately focused on doing what's best for the company.
Yes, we are buddies, and nevertheless demand from each other a lot!

The environment is super relaxed and we like to have fun.
