Mr. Bickley served as the President of International Division of Coach Inc., a holding company of Coach Japan, Inc. from May 2006 to August 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Coach Japan, Inc. From 2001 to 2006, he served as President of Coach Japan, Inc. He served as Head of Japanese Operations at Coach Inc. Mr. Bickley has more than 25 years of global retail and brand building experience to Crocs' board.
