Accomplishing the tasks that are part of my job and given the time and tools needed without question

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stop hiring family members on management positions and Stop the favoritism. Only the group of good buddies are able to move up at targa.

Poor cummication from dispatch to customers. Be at front and sincere, not only with the customers but also with your employees
