Q1.For Joining Form & Emirates ID form, do we need to fill by hand or Soft editing? Also its date column to be corrected ? A1. You can fill it by hand or do a soft editing but your signatures are to be made manually on all pages Q2. For EID For mention that I need to pay ..Its paid by employed Which TASC right ? they How its ? A2. As advised by Siham will share the new EID form to you without deduction once I have her approval. Siham please share your approval. Q3. For Passport Photo Do you need Soft or Hard. If hard means How? A3. Soft Copy as of now. When you join pls carry hard copies Q4. Any Medical test required from home Country for Visa. If yes who will pay for that fees amount ? A4. As discussed telephonically outside country attestation, medical and Entry visa cost will have to be borne by you. Q5. For Police Verification from my side once completed then who will do the UAE Mission abroad/foreign affairs ?Because For police verification I should pay for some amount locally which nearly 150 Dhms already. A5. Police clearance along with required attestations is a mandatory document to start your visa application. As it is a part of documentation process cost will have to be borne by you Q6. In salary breakup there is a component called "utility" --- Will i get this as part of my inhand salary or TASC will be providing me facilities worth of this amount? A6. Utility will 'be part of in hand salary. Q7. Medical Insurance -- Is there any premium amount i need to pay monthly for this? A7. No premium for 'self' Q8. Why all the leave during probation period is unpaid? A8. As per UAE Labour Law cannot be amended Q9. In the offer letter it was stated that i can be terminated with or without cause. I am literally shocked to read a statement like this. Does this infer that i can be terminated anytime without any reason? In that case also i will need to pay my 1 month salary to TASC? A9. As per UAE Labour Law cannot be amended Q10. During probation period in case of termination Notice period from your end will be 1 Day?? This is a very unfair clause, notice period shall be same for both the parties. A10. Company policy. Also, as per Ministerial Decree (766) of 2015 on Rul...r for employment by a new... clause 4-a notice period can not be less than 1 month. So why notice period of 1 day was mentioned in the offer. As per UAE Labour Law cannot be amended Q11. Deduction of 330 AED for Emirates ID registration -- is it one time or monthly deduction? when TASC is bearing expenses of my onboarding process why is this amount being deducted from my salary? A11.
