Time flies. I can't believe how much we've grown since my first day here. We're now expanding into Singapore and China! We have new alliances with other companies. We develop new products while improving our current solution. You hit the ground running when you join. Never a dull day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Shoutout to our recruiter, AJ, and our HR team! Wow--some of the friendliest people in the business. I think it's safe to say everyone feels that way. There hasn't been one person I've spoken with who doesn't agree. Bravo.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is approachable, empathetic, and friendly. They have always been like this: before and during the pandemic. I know they're a Slack or email away and wouldn't turn me away if I had a question or wanted to voice my opinion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team roots for me personally and professionally. I know they have my best interests at heart. If I'm going through a rough time, I feel supported and am encouraged to take care of myself. As for my career, I'm allowed to explore and work on what I'm most interested in.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people at my company makes me the most happy at work: from those I work with directly and often to those I speak to less frequently. We have a great array of personalities and backgrounds. There's always a great story to hear or something fun and interesting to relate to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amongst my friends and family, I have some of the best healthcare. I've never worried about paying an exorbitant amount out of pocket and things that can be seen as "extra" to others are accessible to me (i.e. allergy tests, dermatology appts, etc.). Even my dental office says I have great coverage!
