People are more than just coworkers. It's ok to be a person at work, which I like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team seems very available. That could be because our company is small, but they are very reachable, which I like.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not a fan of how my bonus target is basically unattainable. My bonus is 50% personal performance and 50% company performance, and getting 100% of my personal performance is basically impossible. If that is the case, just tell me my bonus target is lower, but make it attainable. That felt cheap.
