What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're open to feedback and discussions regarding changes in company policy. They actually take into account the opinions of Matchmakers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a Matchmaker, we're independent contractors, so we're not offered benefits other than the commission we make.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Once they set a standard of pay and those high performers reach and maximize it, don't take it away because other's cannot measure up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most folks work virtually, but it's comforting to know that most people are responsive and easy to reach via e-mail/call/text

Remote work and not having to deal with in person people day to day

What did you like most about the interview process?
The people involved in the process are nice/kind
It was a multi-step process, and the manager that interviewed me was very warm and welcoming. She is definitely a force for good in the company.
