I get to work with products I'm passionate about with an incredible group of people, and it helps to improve the foundation for others to get into or continue playing Magic! What could be better than that?

We always have an opportunity to affect the culture all the time, so I feel that any changes I would want to push towards have or would have already happened.

I think it's commonly understood and accepted that Chedy has a great understanding for what the Sellers on our site are looking for and where the company needs to go, but it often feels like that push forward is at the expense of fixing what we already have.

To be honest, a lot of people could afford to take a step back from their work, but we're all so passionate about what we dot that it's pretty tough sometimes.
