Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is consistent and fair. The firm is run as a true meritocracy. The CEO is a culture carrier and not only encourages team effort but demands it. There are no starts at TCW. This is a client centered firm and it shows at all levels.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting longer term strategic objectives and rallying all leaders around it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is communicated clearly and given out fairly.

The team trusts each other. The team works well and everyone's role is clearly defined.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy about the CEO and my co-workers. The CEO sets the pace of the firm and the co-workers are people I can trust.
