Stop trying to cut corners
Better training some departments don’t offer training at all
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family based and feel, friendly staff and we get the job done
They do a lot for the community
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers should stop disparaging their employees to other managers. Take responsibility for the employees that they hired and discipline them accordingly rather than complaining incessantly about how they violate the rules. Get rid of the bad seeds and don't ignore the employees that do work hard.
