Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lower than market average pay

Pay base salary and bonuses on par with market

Poorly paid no advancement no ethical work

Give correct information about the benefits

I'm always underpaid maybe because of the color of my skin. I'm paid the lowest in my grade

The Bank relies too heavily on high performers, most of the rest collect a paycheck and don't work

Been at the bank for 15years and being as an entry level position. I suffer from an invisable disablity and they refuse to accomidate me. The business would not be impacted either by approving my accomidation

To be able to live in today's world without living paycheque to paycheque.

I feel undervalued because I put in a lot of work into this job and when personal situations occur (which only has happened twice in the 8 years I've been with the company) my situations aren't empathized. As far as compensation is concerned, pay should be based on the branch you work at.

Review from Finance Dept

Pay is not competitive, hours are long, promose for advancement which they have not deloevred on

Lots of responsibility but not fairly compensated.

For the amount of work that I do I’m always asked to do more without being compensat

As a customer experience associate, I believe that we should be paid at least $2 additional per hour.

I might be valued correctly but the benefits are lacking overall

Review from Finance Dept

I started out at The South Financial Group which was bought out by TD. We weren't paid fairly at The South & the same holds true for TD. Other banks pay better for the same job & there is less stress involved. It's just hard to leave one bank for another in this day & time
