What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customers are not getting service fast enough

They promote doing the right thing for the customers when in fact they are doing the right things for themselves

It's not a bad place, but it can be tedious, especially on the sales side. Dealing with the customers is difficult sometimes as well. I wish we could do away with the sales aspect as tellers.

I don't think it can be improved. Team morale is just not good & most all of the people that worked in loan operations at The South (Carolina First) left & went to other banks.

Callers have a bad perception of call centers, and believe we are not truly there for them. We should not be required to push them to open new accounts if it is not best for them. We also need more ways to advance.
