What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team One Leadership is always willing to "hear you out" and truly consider differing points of view as long as what is being presented is in the best interest of the membership.
Great culture and great place to work! I am what T1 call's a boomerang I worked here for 3 years and left and came back as I missed the culture, people and work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I pay about 1/2 of what other local business staff pay for insurance and have far superior coverage. All full-time employees also receive 2x base salary in free life insurance coverage.
Great medical coverage! and a matching 401k!

What are some of the best things about your team?
The Management team truly keeps the best interests of the membership in sight with all decisions.
My team listens and we all strive to better the team and to better T1 and our clients.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "family" atmosphere is what I enjoy most.
Collaboration! We even have our own TEAM wall!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Instead of feeling as if I was going up against a "firing squad," I was treated to a friendly, open conversations where I was asked to share my opinions.
I got to meet everyone on my team. It was great to get their perspective on the role and hear their story.
