What do you like best about the leadership team?Team One Leadership is always willing to "hear you out" and truly consider differing points of view as long as what is being presented is in the best interest of the membership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I pay about 1/2 of what other local business staff pay for insurance and have far superior coverage. All full-time employees also receive 2x base salary in free life insurance coverage.
What are some of the best things about your team?The Management team truly keeps the best interests of the membership in sight with all decisions.
