Salary and Bonus Structure are more than fair

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Starting salaries are very low and dont increase very often or by very much. Hard to imagine a future at theis company simply because it is ptobably not financially responsible to remain woth this company if you have opportunities elsewhere
