What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is by far the best team I have encountered. They are extremely transparent, supportive and interactive with all employees. They have an open door policy for everyone in the company and encourage employees to share their ideas.
They are all incredible people who are driven, great mentors, and truly care about our clients and their success.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have great ideas, but too many directional changes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although there are standard compensation packages for various positions, the leaders allow employees to tailor their packages to meet their needs in many cases.
Salary and Bonus Structure are more than fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Starting salaries are very low and dont increase very often or by very much. Hard to imagine a future at theis company simply because it is ptobably not financially responsible to remain woth this company if you have opportunities elsewhere
What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels friendly and low pressure. Everybody is very nice but we still get work done. You can reach out to anyone for help and get it with no judgement
Our team, like most teams at Team Velocity, is highly collaborative, which makes work fun and keeps us motivated.
We are all on the same page and we all get along great

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at team velocity is young, fresh, collaborative, welcoming and supportive. It's a true family spirit around the office.
Everyone cares and wants to impact both employees and clients lives
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More inclusive. You are either with the in crowd or you are ignored.
